Carroll is now proud to offer Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel. Beginning June 2006, EPA requires that 80% of all on-road diesel fuel refined must meet new stringent specifications. These new requirements take the sulfur content of the fuel from 500 ppm to 15 ppm. In addition to mandating the production of the new fuel, EPA has also released regulations for engine manufacturers. All on-road heavy duty diesel engines manufactured after January 1, 2007 must be fueled with only the new Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel.
