- Precision Annual Tune-Up
A tune-up will be performed once during the 12-month plan period Monday through Friday during normal business
hours. Please call to schedule the tune-up, which includes the following:
- Test and adjust oil burner for maximum efficiency, using combustion testing equipment
- Inspect combustion chamber
- Clean and check electrodes and nozzle assembly
- Install oil filter cartridge and burner nozzle
- Oil all motors on burner, fans and circulators
- Check and adjust pump pressure
- Check all safety and operationg controls
- Vacuum furnace and flue pipe, including chimney base (where accessible) when necessary.
- Parts Discounted at 15% Below our Prevailing Rates: (including labor)
- As part of the economy plan, Carroll will repair or replace any of the parts listed below at 15% below our
prevailing rates.

It is our goal to reward our loyal service plan customers! For each consecutive year you renew your service plan, you earn a $25 credit (up to a maximum of $300 per plan). You can use all or a portion of these credits toward the purchase of heating and cooling equipment. Credits are not transferable to other homeowners, and they cannot be transferred from one plan to another. They have value only as credit toward the following equipment purchased from Carroll:
- Boiler $300
- Furnace $300
- Central A/C System $300
- Water Heater $100
- General Conditions for Burner Plans

- Any pre-existing conditions will be serviced at prevailing rates.
- Performance under this Agreement by Carroll is contingent upon Customer
purchasing his entire fuel oil requirements from Carroll and upon Customer's
fuel oil account being current at all times.
