Annual Tune-Up

A tune-up will be performed once during the 12-month plan period. Tune-ups are performed Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Please call to schedule the tune-up.

General Conditions for Burner Plans

• Any pre-existing conditions will be serviced at prevailing rates.
• Performance under this Agreement by Carroll is contingent upon Customer purchasing his entire fuel oil requirements from Carroll and upon Customer's fuel oil account being current at all times.
