15-Point Annual Tune-Up
A tune-up will be performed once during the 12-month plan period Monday through Friday during normal business
hours. Please call to schedule the tune-up, which includes the following:
- Clean heating unit, flue, pipe and chimney base.
- Adjust burner for maximum efficiency.
- Clean and adjust electrode and nozzle assembly.
- Lubricate all motoors, bearings, fans, and circulators.
- Replace oil nozzle and oil filter.
- Test and adjust all safety and operating controls.
- Inspect flue pipe, barometric damper and combustion chamber.
- Test oil pump operation.
- Change air filters (customer must provide).
- Check oil tank and lines.
- Clean pump strainer.
- Perform efficiency test.
- Drain expansion tank, if necessary.
- Inform customer of equipment condition.
- Recommend necessary repairs.

- Loyalty Credits
It is our goal to reward our loyal service plan customers! For each consecutive year you renew your service plan, you earn a $50 credit (up to a maximum of $700 per plan). You can use all or a portion of these credits toward the purchase of heating and cooling equipment. Credits are not transferable to other homeowners, and they cannot be transferred from one plan to another. They have value only as credit toward the following equipment purchased from Carroll Home Services:
- Boiler $500
- Furnace $350
- Central A/C System $350
- Heat Pump $350
- Humidifier/Air Cleaner $100
- General Conditions
- Any pre-existing conditions will be serviced at prevailing rates.
- Performance under this Agreement by Carroll is contingent upon Customer
purchasing his entire fuel oil requirements from Carroll and upon Customer's
fuel oil account being current at all times.
